Okay, ladies! I have a new challenge for us that I am so excited about. The Me vs. Me Challenge is something I’m super excited to implement and I’m excited for you all to join me. If you’re reading this, you may have already seen it on BriTok or Instagram, but no worries if you haven’t seen it on either platform! I’ve included the video here as well as additional need-to-know details! Let’s get right into it!
What is the Me vs. Me Challenge?
This is a 24-week challenge that requires you to implement discipline in your life, in new ways, weekly. With there being about 33 weeks left in the year, this gives you 9-weeks to not partake in the challenge, which is perfect for holidays, birthdays, and the summer. Although this was developed as a 24-week challenge, you can make it your own. Whether it be 24 weeks, 12 weeks, or 2 weeks, all you need to do is create the weekly challenges, put them on separate pieces of paper, place them in a jar, and pull a new challenge each week. That’s it! That’s the challenge.
The weekly challenge is set to be implemented Monday through Saturday with Sunday being a prep/rest day. On Saturday or Sunday morning you pull the tab, you spend Sunday prepping to begin on Monday, on Monday you start the challenge, and on Saturday the challenge ends and you pull a new tab.
How do I make the challenge template?
It’s just a 3×8 table with each cell filled in with your weekly challenges. It’s super easy to make, but if you genuinely don’t want to make it, you can purchase the template for $3 on my Etsy store. It is customizable and you can make it your own!
Can you provide some weekly challenge ideas?
Here’s a full list of ideas for you to pick from. This is a PDF download and is 100% free! Mine has a health and wellness focus, but you can do this challenge for any area of your life you want to improve. For example, if you want to save more money, you can put a different amount on each tab and pull it weekly to indicate what you would save that week (e.g., $5, $12, $75, $150).
What else do I need to know?
Just know that you can do anything you put your mind to. The Me vs. Me Challenge is meant to do just that, challenge you. It’s 7 days of discipline that will create a lifetime of being able to pivot for the better and implement habits that help you succeed over time. The last thing, we have Me vs. Me t-shirts available for sale! Let’s get it, ladies!
