Summertime Fine Juice Recipe

Okay, ladies! I hear you loud and clear. Many of you want to decrease bloating but are allergic to many of the ingredients in the No Bloat Goat or just simply don’t like them (e.g., celery). For these reasons, here is another juice recipe that is a personal summertime favorite of mine. This is why we’re calling her the Summertime Fine juice! This summertime fine juice is great for reducing inflammation, it has a lot of antioxidant properties, is great for heart health, and helps you maintain a healthy weight. It’s low in calories and great for hydration making it the perfect summertime combo!

Recipe

Half of a regular watermelon (about 2lbs)

2 large cucumbers

1oz fresh mint

4 peeled limes

Cut your watermelon, peel your cucumbers, and peel your limes. Remove the stem from your mint. Add everything into the blender and once blended, strain it into a cheesecloth or strainer. From there, you have your juice! I love drinking my juices served over ice.
